Flavour of Africa Expected in Munich

FlavThe Nigerian super star Flavour N`abania is set to perform in Munich on June 17th 2016. The singer, song writer and multi-instrumentalist is known for his excellent performances across Africa and on other continents that draws thousands to enjoy his lively updated versions of highlife music, Afrobeats and more. Organisers of the Flavour show are Nisco Entertainment and Afrolicious Fest in Munich.

“The aim of Afroliciousfest is to promote African music and bring people together to be entertained,” said Sunny Nisco a member of the group. They organise parties weekly with full sounds of Afrobeats and more that draws hundreds of people. Nisco Entertainment has hosted several other Nigerian musicians including Timaya, Wizboy and more but bringing Flavour to Munich is a great honour for them. Before you go to watch him perform here are some facts about him.

Flavour Nàbania or some call him Flavour sprung to lime light and shot to fame through his single “Nwa baby” (Ashawo Remix). The song is till date one of the most loved of his productions. He gave a new life to the once known “highlife” music which touched both young and old. Even though his first album “N`abania” was released earlier in 2005, it was the album and singles in 2010 including “Adamma” that enhanced his career anflavood made him one of the most celebrated Nigerian/African musicians of recent times.

This talented artist Chinedu Okoli (Flavour) was born in Enugu state of Nigeria in 1983 as the first son of four sibblings and seven step brothers and sisters. He started music as early as age 13 in the church where he learnt to play the drums. This was where the talent scout Chris I Ordor, CEO of SoundCity Communications found him, nurtured him until he began playing professionally at age 19. He started his first music career as a drummer and pianist  for a local band in Enugu state of Nigeria. Since then he has not stopped. After the release of his two albums in 2010 and 2015, he released blessed in 2012 and thankful in 2014.

Munich is ready and proud to receive one of Africa`s most wanted performers thanks to the organisers Sunny Nisco and Afroliciousfest. See you there!
